How it Works
Working with us is really simple! We will understand what objectives and timeline you envisage to achieve in a free consultation call.
We'll then setup a Discovery Call to assess what is your current maturity level and main pain points.
Based on our Findings, we'll perform a Gap Analysis and create a roadmap that's compatible with the timeline you defined.
The next step is to implement the new processes with the agreed departments. We'll hand hold you on that! We can also assist with the Specialization audit, making sure you pass without trouble, if that's one of your objectives. In this phase, we also assisting you to join the Microsoft Programs recommended on the RoadMap.

We can follow up closely with weekly calls to ensure the plan is on track!
